  2. Back squat up to 265×5 (thought it was 275 at the time but upon further review I’m not good at math).

    Mini-metcon in 6:59 with HSPU. Seth’s time (6:22) was crazy. I’ll need much better burpees to touch that.

    Main-site workout: 70 Burpees, 60 Sit-Ups, 50 KB Swings (35 lb), 40 Pull-ups (Jumping), 30 HSPU (subbed ring push-ups)… 20:58

    Not too happy with the time, but a good workout nonetheless.
