15-Ring rows
15-155 pound* Bench press
15-225 pound* Back squat
Set up rings and box such that heels are at the height of the bottom of the rings.
*Scale to 50% of your 1RM, or 135 lbs (BSquats), 115 lbs (BPress)

1700 Workout
400m Run
15-95 lbs OHS

    Scaled to 135 BS and 115 BP…can’t remember the exact time, but I think it was 18:30something….too early!

  2. Nancy – 14:11 as Rx’d . PR by about 45 seconds, all OHS unbroken but runs still pretty slow.

    Nice work by Seth posting a strong time just beforehand.

  3. Got 4 rounds in (16:28) before we had a visitor. would not have made my PR of 18:35 and i am not sure i would have been sub 20:00. had fun though. can’t wait to do this one mid summer.

    I think it was around 19: something. This was 6 minutes slower than my last Nancy but i added 10 lbs since last time.

    Ring rows were the hard part…
