  1. Worked up to a new PR on split jerk – 255. If I can work on getting a deeper split, I think I can add another 10-15 pounds relatively soon. Now I have to get my clean up so it’s not lagging behind.

    Then did 4 rounds of:
    5 thrusters (115)
    10 pull-ups
    Run 100 meters
    Rest 60 seconds

    Total time: 6:20 (:49, :50, :51, :50 + 3:00 rest)

  2. Hit a new PR on split jerk- 185 (20 lb PR). Then 4 rounds of run 400m and max ring dips.

  3. New Jerk PR – 190 (10 lb PR)
    Looks like I’m still ahead of Nail on something
