  2. 10:30 – Ring dips weren’t great since the arms were a little sore from Jack the day before, but overall I’m pretty happy with this time.

  3. Made up the Jack workout from last week: used 95 lbs from the ground for the push press. Finished 7 rounds + 4 PP. Last time I did this workout was 9/29/10, got 6 rounds using 85 lb PP (from ground) and 44 lb KB, so a pretty good improvement..
