  2. Did Games WOD #4:
    4 rounds of 5 muscle-ups, 10 deficit deadlifts (245-lbs, 3″ deficit), 15 GHD sit-ups, run (ascending each round from 50 yds to 200 yds)

    Finished in 12:45. Tough, but not as bad as I expected. GHD sit-ups were rough.
