  1. Went a little lighter today with “Gator” coming up on Beast Mode Wednesday.

    Muscle snatch 5×1 (up to 125), power snatch 5×3 (up to 145)

    Then 5 rounds of row 100m, rest 1 minute – times all between 17.2 and 17.8.

  2. Nicole: 20 minute AMRAP of 400m run and max rep pull-ups

    The goal is to do as many pull-ups as possible, the run is just a means of getting to the pull-up bar faster. Once you drop off of the pull-up bar, you start the next run.

    Total pull-ups: 113

    Rounds were 25, 21, 20, 15, 15, 17
