  1. Worked up to a 205lb Thruster, pretty happy with that for today.

  2. Jess and I coincidentally did basically the same thing in Tampa.

    Worked up to heavy set of 2 thrusters – I got 195×2 and it felt pretty smooth (even without lifting shoes).

    Then 3 rounds of 12 thrusters (115), 24 incline sit-ups (like GHD’s), 36 back extensions – 10:04. Tougher than it looked.
