OHS (Overhead Squats)

This is a new exercise to many.  Do not worry about the weight, we need to ensure we get the movement down.

  1. Working out at Crossfit Covington while working in Cincinnati. Today we did:

    AMRAP 15 Min of:
    30 Double Unders
    20 Pull Ups
    10 Burpees

    I got 3 rds plus 30 Double Unders. Thought I should’ve done a bit better, but the short girl got the tallest pull up bar space and had to climb on a 24″ box in order to reach the bar. I’ll blame it on that.
