  2. Strength day following yesterday’s Beast Mode hijinks.

    “Heavy Lynne”
    5 rounds of AMRAP bench press (205), AMRAP dead-hang chest-to-bar pull-ups

    Bench – 5, 4, 3, 3, 3
    Pull-ups – 8, 6, 5, 4, 5

    Then 50 burpees with a 20-lb. vest.

    3:20 (probably lost 10-15 seconds b/c the vest came off twice – oh well)

  3. Attempted super helen on wednesday… finished 6 pullups short at 30 mins. Think this would have been faster if someone else was doing it with me, but this was really hard!
