  • Mountain Climbers
  • KB Swings
  • Push-ups
  • Box Jumps
  • Push Press
  • SDHP
  • Air Squats

  2. Did a Hero WOD with Nail and Kirk today.

    “Zimmerman” – AMRAP 25 of 11 pull-ups (chest-to-bar), 2 deadlifts (315), 10 handstand push-ups

    8 rounds + 11 + 2 + 4 (may have been 9 + 11 + 2 + 4, can’t remember)

    Not a real fast-moving one, just more like a real long strength workout. But I’m sure I’ll be paying for it tomorrow.

    BTW, Kirk is a handstand push-up MACHINE. Dave Castro, please put those in the next WOD!
