95 lbs – OHS*
Ring Push-ups
Pull-ups

The workout looks like 30 OHS, 30 Ring Push-ups, and 30 Pull-ups. Then 20 of each followed by 10 of each.*For OHS, depending on current strength level, use 45, 65 or 95 lbs.

    Clean Pulls: 185 X 3, 225 X 2, 250 X 2, 275 X 2

    Push Press: 135 X 3, 155 X 3, 170 X 1 (PR)

    Pull-ups (dead hang): 12, 8, 5

    Tabata Squats: lowest 17 (rd 8)

    150 burpees? Ugh!

    BBH – 135 x3, 185 x5, 255 x3 x2, 345 x2 x2, 435 x2, x2, 485, 525…need to get to 600+ now that i can do 525 without fail.
