I.E. – I chose 25 consecutive DU’s to start things off. If I succeed you will probably have an “H”.
If I don’t, the next exercise is your choice and I’m sure it’ll be Bench Press or 10X BW Deadlift. Now I have an “H”.
You get the idea.
After thinking this through, maybe we should play “PIG” instead of “HORSE”?

well CF does not improve your jump shot, that’s for sure.
missed 31 of 50. More than half of the 19 i did make were bank shots.
next time 75 shots and all of the Burpees (yea Burpees) are done AFTER the jumps shots
