For time:
45 Double-unders
135 pound Squat clean, 45 reps
45 Ring Dips
45 Double-unders
Sub for double unders are:
Tuck Jumps
Lateral Hops
Butt Kickers
Scale to your current level of fitness. Remember we are trying to keep the power quotation high. As such if you are taking a great deal of time with the double unders, switch to one of the subs.

10 rounds + 5 pull-ups and 10 push-ups.
off my PR of 14 but this is more legit than was the pull-ups on the old squat rack.
ad KTF once said softly…i’ve missed you. maybe i will set up the old squat rack in the garage for old time sake.
