Perform 2 Power Cleans on the minute for 15 minutes.
*Start the clock. At the top of every minute perform 2 Power Cleans.
*Use a maximal weight. 80% – 85% of 1 RM
*For every rep not completed, perform 5 Burpees at the end of the session….

115 for the cleans. 135 for bench on “Seth”… pull-ups went well, but bench press is something to improve on for sure.
Messed around with some of the movements for Sunday’s sectional WODs. Found out that burpees with a weight vest will be downright awful after about 2 minutes. Other than that mainly trying to recover from yesterday’s WODs.
155 for clean WOD
115 lb cleans. No burpee penalty
135 lb bench. 2nd round bench was broken around 4 times, but 1st and 3rd sets were normal.
