    Went with the CF main site WOD: Row 500 meters, 150 double-unders, 50 burpees – 12:35. The double-unders killed me (they took half the time), but I guess I’m better at them now than I was before the workout.

    Didn’t get the “partition” portion of this from the twitter post… so I did 100 push-ups, followed by a 4,000m Run. Push-ups took me 6:02. Was doing singles for a LONG time, but was keeping the form as correct as possible. With the run, 24:30 area.
