		<description>Didn&#039;t get the &quot;partition&quot; portion of this from the twitter post... so I did 100 push-ups, followed by a 4,000m Run.  Push-ups took me 6:02.  Was doing singles for a LONG time, but was keeping the form as correct as possible.  With the run, 24:30 area.</description>

		<description>Went with the CF main site WOD: Row 500 meters, 150 double-unders, 50 burpees - 12:35. The double-unders killed me (they took half the time), but I guess I&#039;m better at them now than I was before the workout.</description>
