    95 x 10, 135 x8, 155 x5, 165 x 5, 175 x8. no mini for me still sore from the 305 burpees…I hate BTron!

    Press – 45×10, 95×5 to warm-up, then 120×5, 135×5, 150×6. I think I did too low of a percentage on my first set and then too much on the second and third, but oh well.

    Did 5 gassers afterwards – the KB swings got surprisingly hard by the end.

    Row 500M 1:41 and then DH pullups x 50 (didn’t do for time)
