- Row 250M, 20 x Manmakers (35 – 40# DB)
- Row 500M, 15 x Manmakers
- Row 750M, 10 x Manmakers
- Row 1,000M, 5 x Manmakers
Durability: 3 mile run @ moderate pace. Plank holds 3 x 3 minutes each, 1 minute rest between sets. Active Stretch to finish WOD.

Did today’s WOD as Rx’d in 5:52. I felt good about this time, but not as good about my “attempts” at doing a ring handstand-pushup. They are probably really hard, but I wouldn’t know since I was not actually able to even get into a handstand on the rings. Maybe someday…
