    Back Squat 200lb (5lb PR), Press 70lb, Deadlift 235lb (5lbPR)

  2. Total- 720#
    Back Squat- 270# (10# PR)
    Press- 115#
    Deadlift- 335# (25# PR)

    I really need to find some way to improve my press. I struggled to get the 115 up.

  3. Total – 705 lb

    Back Squat- 255 (20 lb PR)
    Press – 115 (missed my PR by 5 lbs, disappointing)
    Dead Lift – 335 (pulled 350 to just below my knees but couldn’t stand, close but no cigar)

  4. Total – 675 lb
    Back squat – 240 (10 lb PR)
    Press – 130 (5 lb PR)
    Dead Lift – claiming 305 (got 275 and failed 310. Got 305 a few weeks ago)
