OK TitanFit Crew – we need to get everyone caught up with the missing strength WODs.  Today we need to complete DL or BSquat (whichever you have not done most recently).  We need to complete these WODs as we are doing CFT the first week of June.  So get to it!

Work up to 80%* x1, 70% x1, 83% x1, 73% x1, 85% x1, 75% x1, 88% x1, 75% x1 notice the wave?
* of your 1RM

    Then, 3 rounds of 15 body rows, 15 bench press 115 lbs, and 15 back squats 135 lbs

    3 X 225
    3 X 245
    6 X 255

    5 X backyard sprints with 10 Burpees

    25,20,15,10,5 Abmat Sit-ups and Back Extensions
