    As many reps in 10 minutes of 30 snatches (75), 30 snatches (135), 30 snatches (165), AMRAP snatches (210)

    63 (3 snatches at 165)

    Pretty happy with this considering 175 is my most recent max. Only got 4 attempts at it, and I hit 3 of them.

  2. Also did the box jump/swing/push-up workout posted on Saturday.

    11:15 – Push-up monster got me a bit
