Yup…it is that time of year again – Spring!  Time for Spring Cleaning.  This will be a 6 week cycle and we will perform Oly lifts 2x per week.  Hopefully we will all get as good as KTF is at getting to the bottom of our lifts

Workout

Back To The Basics
Cleans – 4 sets of 5 reps
Front Squats – 4 sets of 8 reps
GHD – 3 sets of 10 reps
