Snatch – starting with 65 lbs perform 3 DL, 3 Power Snatches and 3 OHS. Add 10 lbs per round until failure. THIS IS NOT TIMED

Clean and Jerk – starting with 65 lbs perform 3 DL, 3 Power Cleans, 3 Front Squats, and 3 Jerks. Add 20 Lbs until failure. THIS IS NOT TIMED.

  1. Completed 155 for the snatch portion and 185 for the C&J portion.

    Would have liked to try 205 for the C&J but had to leave early. It would have been dicey, but I might have been able to get it. Next time.

  2. Snatch – 160. Missed the 2nd hang snatch on 165
    C&J – after 2 beers (not the best idea) done at home. 185 lacked motivation.
