  1. Got talked into doing the “Sevens” Workout… really hard! Modified workout:
    Elevated pushups, 75lb thursters, KTE, 155lb deadlift, Burpees, 44lb KB, pullups: 40:25

  2. LIGHTWEIGHT!!!! lightweight! Did heavy deadlifts and overhead press on Tuesday. Did 5 at 315 lbs then did a single at 375lbs (5 lb PR). Worked up to 135lbs on Press, failed at 140 lbs (5 lb PR).

    Ain’t nothing to it but to do it.
