Five rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
30-2 pood Kettlebell swings
30- Pull-ups
Sometimes you have to take it back to the old days and grind out a nice long met-con to prove to yourself that your mind is as tough as it needs to be. If you need this, you’ll know it.

I am only asking for 3 rounds for those that have been with us for 6 months or fewer.
