Partner Quarter Pounder!

2 Person teams…Athlete A carries Athlete B for 200m.  Switch and now Athlete B carries Athlete A for 200m.  Upon finishing the 400m course, Athlete B jumps on Athlete A’s back.  Athlete A now does 25 Squats [if broken (broken is a stop of 2 or more seconds) each athlete does 15 penalty Burpees].  Once those squats are completed, Athlete A now jumps on Athlete’s B’s back.  Athlete B completes 25 squats [if broken (broken is a stop of 2 or more seconds) each athlete does 15 penalty Burpees]

This is 4 rounds for time.  have fun, chose your partner wisely.  I choose Lori.  Not sure she’d choose me!
